No Country for Old Men

No Country for Old Men argues that as we get older, the real world erroneously appears more and more evil. The film finds an avatar for this evil in Anton Chigurh, a cold-blooded, emotionless killing machine with terrifying philosophical curiosities. Packing some disarmingly goofy hair and even more unconventional weaponry, Chigurh is more icon than man and comes off a great deal scarier than Michael Myers or Jason Voorhees for his unfazed ruthlessness.
